Qualifications

• 1-3 years IT/software sales experience in UAE/GCC.
• Proven record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong English communication and negotiation skills (Arabic/Hindi/Urdu a plus).
• Self-motivated, target-driven, field sales ready.
• Valid UAE driving license preferred.
• Ajman/Dubai/Sharjah base preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business via cold calling, field visits, networking and referrals.
• Identify, qualify and follow up leads; maintain a healthy sales pipeline in CRM.
• Meet decision makers, understand client needs and present IT solutions.
• Prepare quotations and proposals, negotiate and close deals.
• Build long-term client relationships and drive repeat/referral business.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and report progress to management.
