Job summary

Dubai Aviation Corporation seeks a results-driven Project Manager to drive assigned initiatives within the IT PMO governance framework. You will manage initiation, execution, and handover processes while ensuring adherence to budgets, timelines, and scope.

Key responsibilities include risk mitigation, stakeholder reporting, and alignment with procurement and development categories. Fluency in English, a IT/engineering background, and PMP/Prince2 certification are preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in IT/CS or engineering.
Experience: 5-7 years in project management.
Fluent in English; PMP or Prince2 certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Delivers assigned projects from initiation to turnover to production.
Follows flydubai PMO governance and standard procedures.
Performs contingency planning and risk mitigation across projects.
Plans milestones and deliverables within approved budgets and scope.
Reports progress, risks, issues with mitigations to stakeholders.
Addresses audit findings with timely resolutions; complies with policies.
Manages project categories: Package Acquisition, In-House Development, Fixed Bid, Turnkey.
Ensures resources are allocated to avoid delays and tracks timesheets.
