Job summary

Al Zorah Beach Resort in Ajman, United Arab Emirates, is seeking an IT Officer to support day-to-day technology needs across the resort. You will ensure systems, equipment, connectivity, and user support run smoothly, troubleshoot issues, maintain records, and assist colleagues and guests with discretion.

The role emphasizes service mindset, organization, and calm under pressure, with familiarity of Opera, POS, key card systems, CCTV, and other hospitality IT.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT support, helpdesk or hospitality IT preferred.
• Familiarity with hotel systems (Opera, POS, key card, CCTV) is advantageous.
• Good spoken and written English; ability to work shifts and handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level IT support to employees and departments across the resort.
• Assist users with hotel systems, computers, printers, telephones, Wi-Fi, and IT equipment.
• Escalate unresolved issues to IT Supervisor or service providers and coordinate repairs.
