Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement property-specific IT plans aligned with Group IT strategy and SLA adherence.
• Enhance end-user and customer support, striving for optimal service availability and uptime.
• Manage the property’s IT deliveries by resolving impediments and adapting to changes.
• Facilitate issue resolution and risk management, escalating as needed.
