Job summary

Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab is seeking a Director of Information Technology to lead the IT function across Dubai properties. The role drives the enterprise IT strategy, digital transformation programs, and robust cybersecurity governance to support world-class luxury hospitality services.

The ideal candidate has 8–10 years of IT experience, including 3–4 years in senior leadership, with a strong background in IT strategy, cloud initiatives, and data protection.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years IT experience with 3–4 years in senior leadership roles within luxury hospitality or enterprise IT environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Professional certifications such as ITIL, PMP, CISSP, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute enterprise IT strategy aligned with business objectives, scalability, and security.
• Lead digital transformation initiatives including cloud migration, automation, and cybersecurity enhancement.
• Ensure IT governance, regulatory compliance, and data protection standards across all properties.
• Oversee IT infrastructure, networks, systems availability, and disaster recovery planning.
• Manage IT budgets, resources, and vendor relationships to ensure cost efficiency and service quality.
• Lead, mentor, and collaborate with IT teams and senior stakeholders to improve operational performance and user experience.
