Job summary

FIVE Hotels and Resorts is seeking an experienced Senior IT leader to drive technology strategy across its luxury hospitality operations. You will oversee IT infrastructure, networks, and security while collaborating with guests and internal teams to deliver exceptional service.

The role requires 4–5 years in a Senior MIS capacity within luxury hospitality, strong analytical and leadership abilities, and a hands-on approach to ensure seamless service delivery and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years in a Senior Management Information Technology role in luxury hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure including servers, networks, telecommunications, security systems, and peripherals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage guests, team members, and stakeholders.
