Job summary

Sofitel Dubai Downtown in Dubai is seeking a technically skilled professional to keep our hotel tech systems running smoothly. You will coordinate repairs and restore equipment to minimize downtime.

You will guard data by implementing backup procedures and performing recovery operations, and you will investigate software faults and implement timely solutions in line with SLAs. This role requires strong problem-solving, excellent communication, and a proactive service mindset to support hotel

Qualifications

• Proficient understanding of commonly used software, hardware and applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot issues.
• Excellent oral communication to gather information and explain technical concepts.

Job Description

• Keep our systems running smoothly by coordinating critical repairs and equipment restoration, think of yourself as our tech superhero preventing operational meltdowns and keeping business flowing!
• Be the guardian of our data by establishing and maintaining backup procedures and executing data recovery operations, ensuring our organisational information assets stay safe and sound.
• Jump into action investigating and resolving software fault reports and enhancement requests, delivering solutions in line with agreed timelines and service level agreements.
