Job summary

Virtusa Middle East FZ-LLC in Dubai, UAE invites an experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to join our enterprise team. You will administer and support Windows Server and Linux environments, manage virtualization with VMware vSphere ESXi and Hyper-V, and oversee directory and identity services including Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, Group Policy, and Azure AD/Microsoft Entra ID.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field is required.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Windows Server and Linux environments.
• Manage VMware vSphere ESXi and Hyper-V virtualization platforms.
• Configure and maintain Active Directory DNS DHCP Group Policy and Microsoft Entra ID Azure AD.
• Deploy, configure and maintain enterprise servers and infrastructure services.
• Perform server provisioning OS upgrades patch management and performance tuning.
• Manage storage solutions NetApp, Dell EMC, HPE and backup platforms such as Veeam, Commvault or Veritas NetBackup.
• Support Microsoft Azure infrastructure and hybrid cloud environments.
• Monitor infrastructure using enterprise monitoring tools and proactively resolve issues.
• Perform incident, problem and change management activities in accordance with ITIL processes.
• Implement disaster recovery DR and business continuity BCP procedures.
• Collaborate with network security database and application teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

• Relevant certifications such as ITIL, Cisco CCNA, or Microsoft Azure Certification to validate expertise and commitment.
• Experience in cloud technologies, particularly AWS or Azure, to effectively manage hybrid infrastructures.
