Job summary

Job description

• Design, implement, and manage enterprise-grade Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, File Services, and Identity Management.

• Lead Microsoft 365 administration, migrations, and optimization projects covering Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Intune, and Entra ID.

• Architect, deploy, and maintain virtualization platforms including VMware vSphere/ESXi, vCenter, Hyper-V, and hybrid cloud environments.

• Plan and manage server, storage, and network infrastructure lifecycle activities including provisioning, upgrades, capacity planning, patch management, and performance optimization.

• Design and implement cloud solutions across Microsoft Azure and AWS, including hybrid connectivity, IaaS, PaaS, backup, disaster recovery, and security services.

• Manage enterprise backup and recovery platforms such as Veeam, Commvault, Azure Backup, or equivalent solutions.

• Lead business continuity and disaster recovery initiatives, ensuring backup integrity, DR testing, compliance, and recovery readiness.

• Implement and maintain cybersecurity solutions including email security, endpoint protection, identity security, privileged access management, and vulnerability remediation.

• Develop infrastructure standards, architecture documentation, operational procedures, and technical governance frameworks.

• Perform root cause analysis for critical incidents and provide advanced troubleshooting across infrastructure, cloud, virtualization, and Microsoft technologies.

• Collaborate with vendors, stakeholders, and project teams to deliver infrastructure modernization, cloud migration, and digital transformation initiatives.

• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership for infrastructure projects and operational excellence.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 8-12 years of hands-on experience in enterprise infrastructure, systems administration, and cloud technologies.

• Expert-level experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and File Services.

• Strong expertise in Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, Intune, and Entra ID.

• Extensive experience with VMware vSphere, ESXi, vCenter, Hyper-V, and virtualization best practices.

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and AWS cloud services, including hybrid cloud deployments.

• Experience with enterprise storage technologies, SAN/NAS platforms, and backup solutions.

• Strong understanding of cybersecurity technologies, endpoint protection, email security, MFA, Conditional Access, and Zero Trust principles.

• Experience with Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity, high availability solutions, and compliance requirements.

• Strong troubleshooting, project management, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience leading infrastructure projects and mentoring technical teams.
