Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, maintain, and monitor Windows/Linux serversand IT systems.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and access controls.
• Monitor network andsystem performance andtroubleshoot technicalissues.
• Perform system backups, recovery procedures, anddisaster-recovery activities.
• Manage hardware, software, printers, and other IT infrastructure.
• Apply security patches, updates, antivirus protection, and system hardening.
• Maintain IT documentation, configurations, and assetrecords.
• Respond to help-desk escalations andprovide technical supportto users.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree ordiploma in InformationTechnology, Computer Science, or a relatedfield.
• 2–5 yearsof experiencein system administrationor IT infrastructure.
• Experience with WindowsServer and/orLinux.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, and networking.
• Experience with Microsoft365 and cloudplatforms such asAzure or AWSis an advantage.
• Knowledge of virtualization technologiessuch as VMwareor Hyper-V.
• Familiarity with backup, monitoring, cybersecurity, and endpoint-managementsolutions.
• Strong troubleshooting andproblem-solving skills.
• Relevantcertifications such asMicrosoft, CompTIA, Cisco, or VMwareare an advantage.
