Job summary

Jadeer is seeking an experienced Sales Executive to drive revenue across IT hardware products including laptops, printers, monitors, toners and accessories. You will build relationships with corporate and individual customers, provide expert product advice, and close B2B and B2C deals.

You will combine strong product knowledge with consultative selling to identify customer requirements and offer optimal technology solutions.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in IT hardware sales or related technology sales.
• Experience selling laptops, printers, toners, monitors, computer accessories, or similar products.
• Strong technical and product knowledge, able to explain complex specifications clearly.
• Proven experience selling to both B2B and B2C customers.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are advantageous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Willingness to travel internationally or locally for business.

Responsibilities

• Sell laptops, printers, monitors, toners, and accessory products to B2B and B2C customers.
• Present and explain product features, specifications, compatibility, benefits, and usage clearly.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across corporate and individual segments.
• Build and maintain relationships with procurement teams, stakeholders, and retail customers.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing and terms, manage the sales process to closing.
• Achieve sales targets and maintain high levels of customer service.
• Follow up with prospects and customers to maximise repeat business and referrals.
• Maintain records of sales activities, quotations, and pipeline in CRM.
• Coordinate with brand promoters, store management, operations, and internal teams for effective product representation.
• Stay updated with IT hardware products, market trends, competitor activity, and tech developments.
• Travel locally or internationally as required for business development.
