Responsibilities

• Provide first-level support for hardware, software, network, and system issues.

• Coordinate IT projects and system upgrades, manage IT asset inventory, software licenses, and warranties, and ensure regular data backups are performed and tested.
• Maintain records of IT procedures, system configurations, and troubleshooting guides.
