Job summary

Al Marwan Group, headquartered in the UAE, seeks an IT Coordinator to support and maintain its IT infrastructure and technology operations at our Sharjah Head Office. The role focuses on hardware, software, networks and user support to ensure services run smoothly.

You will handle first-level technical issues, assist in cybersecurity measures, manage IT assets and licenses, perform backups, and document procedures. Fluency in Arabic and English and UAE National status preferred.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software.
• Willingness to learn and develop IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Technical Support: Provide first-level support for hardware, software, network, and system issues.
• Maintenance & Security: Install and maintain IT equipment, manage user accounts and system security, and assist in implementing cybersecurity measures.
• Administration: Coordinate IT projects and system upgrades, manage IT asset inventory, software licenses, and warranties, and ensure regular data backups are performed and tested.
• Documentation: Maintain records of IT procedures, system configurations, and troubleshooting guides.

Job Summary

Requirements

• UAE National (Valid UAE Passport and Family Book are mandatory).
• Minimum High School Certificate or equivalent.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Willingness to learn and develop technical skills in an IT environment.
