GEMS Royal Dubai School in Dubai is seeking an Admission Assistant to start January 2027. You will support families through the admissions process and help create a welcoming, efficient enrolment experience for prospective students.
You will work with the Registrar to explain procedures, update the Salesforce database, and ensure enrolment targets are met while complying with KHDA and GEMS policies. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential.

Organize and manage the admission procedures of students to maintain school specific enrolment budget consistently throughout the academic year. Ensuring all students are registered in accordance with the GEMS Enrolment Process and the specific governing body (such as KHDA).
