Job summary

As an IT Administrator, you will be responsible for installing, configuring and maintaining hardware and software’s. Ensuring all systems are up-to-date and operating smoothly. Monitoring user access control and protecting sensitive information in all IT devices. Additionally, you will perform routine IT Network Infrastructure management tasks such as system updates, troubleshooting of day-to-day IT problems and troubleshooting network issues to ensure seamless operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage and develop computer performance.
• Upgrading, installing and configuring new hardware and software to meet company objectives.
• Ability to train end-users on how to use dashboards and reports effectively.
• Manage the company's IT infrastructure, including networks, firewalls, printers, Meeting Room Solution, Wi-Fi access points, ensuring secure and efficient connectivity across all departments.
• Implement security measures to protect network integrity and data.
• Collaborate with IT teams to integrate network solutions with other systems and applications.
• Document network configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Implementing security protocols and procedures to prevent potential threats.
• Performing diagnostic tests and debugging procedures to optimize computer systems.
• Documenting processes, as well as backing up and archiving data.
• Designing and implementing efficient end-user feedback and error reporting systems.
• Supervising and mentoring employees, as well as providing IT support.
• Keeping up to date with advancements and best practices in IT administration.

Skills and Qualifications

• Proficiency in network protocols, services and Vlan. (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Strong knowledge in domain control and policies.
• Proficient in computer troubleshooting.
• Proficient in Outlook, Office 365, and other software.
• Graduate of information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
