Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a Server Role Administrator in Dubai to manage Windows Server 2016/2013, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, and VPN services while bolstering security and reliability across the network. You will deploy and support application servers, back up data, and maintain CCTV/NVR systems for enhanced workplace security.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of systems/network administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, networking, firewalls, backup, NAS, PBX and CCTV.
• Excellent troubleshooting, documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Job description

Server Role Administration: Administer and maintain SERVER 2016 AND 2013, including file servers, Domain server and application servers.

Assist in the deployment of application servers, ensuring proper installation and configuration.

Assist in implementing and managing backup and recovery procedures for application server and data server.

Provide technical support to end-users experiencing issues with applications hosted on servers

Ensure proper integration and functionality of server roles within the domain environment.

Active Directory Administration: Administer and maintain Active Directory services, including user account management, creating and deleting users.

DNS and DHCP Management: Configure and manage Domain Name System (DNS) and Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP) services.

Expert to find and resolve the technical support on-site or via remote-access system, providing prompt resolutions to hardware, software, printers (label printers and standard printer), and networking issues.

Network Design and Firewall Management: Practice experience in the plan, design, implementation, configuration, and support of LAN/WAN,VPN, Wireless networks active components such as firewall, routers, switches, access points.

Implement and enforce firewall policies, ensuring compliance with security standards.

VPN Configuration and Support: Configure and support Virtual Private Networks (VPNs) for secure remote access. Site to Site VPN and Site to Customer VPN

Domain Management: Assign in the selection and registration of domain names for website. Work with domain registrars to purchase, renew, or transfer domain registrations

DNS Settings and SSL certificate Management: Configure and manage DNS settings to point domain names to the appropriate hosting servers. Assist in the Acquisition and installation of SSL certificates for Secure Website.

CCTV system Support: Installation and configuration of NVR and IP cameras. Ensuring cabling and connectivity. significantly enhancing workplace security.

Manage and Configure Video Storage System to ensure efficient storage space

Managing Admin role in Etisalat Business (B2B Portal) Account- Handling and assigning CUG (Closed User Group)Sim cards and Internet Accounts of organization.

Managing User Admin role in Microsoft 365 Web Portal(Add users, Assign licenses, Reset passwords for all users, Adding and managing domains)

Administer and optimize PBX systems (Grandstream),

Implementing IVR Setup in PBX system

Meeting with vendors to diagnose software, networking, or hardware issues.

Maintain meticulous records of IT assets.

monitoring of Time Attendance Machine and Access Control System. Generating Monthly Attendance sheet by various wise.

Desired Candidate Profile
