Thrifty Car Rental in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Senior Invoicing & AR Manager to lead the Personal Lease and Invoicing teams, ensuring timely invoice issuance, accurate billing, and strong collections performance. The role focuses on meeting monthly targets and delivering clear MIS and KPI reporting to management.

Competenze
- Strong UAE experience in invoicing, AR, and collections.
- Hands-on ERP/accounting systems experience.
- Advanced Excel and reporting skills.
Mansioni
- Supervise Personal Lease (PL) Team to meet collection targets.
- Lead Invoicing Team for timely invoice generation and delivery.
- Ensure invoices are issued and dispatched by the 10th of the following month.
- Establish and monitor invoice sign-off and tracking between Invoicing and AR teams.
- Drive automation initiatives including API connectivity and system integration.
- Manage complex invoicing requirements (consolidated invoices, multiple invoices against single POs, customer-specific formats, billing reconciliations).
- Coordinate with Sales, Operations, IT and Finance to resolve invoicing and collection issues.
- Monitor PL receivables and overdue accounts; support legal recovery as needed.
- Prepare MIS reports, ageing analysis, invoicing KPIs, and collection performance reports.
