Job summary

NA is seeking an Accounts Receivable specialist for a full-time hybrid role based in Abu Dhabi. You will manage invoicing, monitor AR ledgers, and track payment status, working closely with finance and operations to resolve discrepancies.

Responsibilities include issuing invoices, reconciling accounts, following up on overdue payments, and supporting month-end close. Strong analytical, communication, and Excel skills are essential; a Finance degree is advantageous.

• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to review account data, identify discrepancies, and support accurate reporting.
• Candidates should possess Finance-related skills, including understanding of accounting principles and accounts receivable processes.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to interact with customers and internal teams in a clear and professional manner.
• Candidates should possess Debt Collection skills to manage overdue accounts and negotiate payment arrangements respectfully and efficiently.
• Candidates should possess Invoicing skills to prepare, issue, and track invoices with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency with accounting or ERP software and Microsoft Excel is beneficial.
• Relevant experience in accounts receivable, billing, or finance support roles is preferred.
• A diploma or degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field is advantageous.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage time effectively, and maintain confidentiality of financial information.
