Job summary

Eurostar Rent-A-Car in Abu Dhabi seeks a skilled collections specialist to manage outstanding balances and ensure timely payments. You will collaborate with Finance, Rental, Sales, and Operations to resolve discrepancies and minimize overdue receivables.

The role requires 2–5 years in collections, strong English communication, and proficiency in MS Office; Arabic is preferred. This on-site position offers opportunities across our UAE network with reporting responsibilities and efficiency

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration preferred.
Experience: 2–5 years in collections, accounts receivable, or credit control; car rental experience preferred.
Technical Skills: MS Office proficiency, particularly Excel; Speed System knowledge is an advantage.
Languages: English fluency required; Arabic preferred.

Responsibilities

Monitor customer accounts, outstanding balances, invoices and receivables ageing.
Follow up with customers via phone, email, and WhatsApp to secure timely payments and meet collection targets.
Track payment commitments and follow up on delayed, bounced, and pending payments.
Coordinate with Finance, Rental, Sales, and Operations teams to resolve payment discrepancies.
Communicate account balances and payment obligations professionally while maintaining customer relationships.
