Job summary

Sanad Aerotech in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Team Leader - Accounts Receivable to oversee invoicing, collections, and reconciliation. You will drive profitability tracking, margin reporting, and estimation reviews to support strategic decisions and improve financial performance.

You will lead working capital optimization, cash flow management, and credit risk controls while coordinating with internal teams and external customers to enhance AR efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Commerce or related field.
• Master's degree (MBA/Finance) preferred.
• CMA/CA/ACCA/CPA mandatory; additional certifications advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee invoicing accuracy and timeliness in accordance with contracts and policies.
• Manage collections, overdue payments follow-ups, and discrepancies resolution.
• Reconcile customer accounts and maintain records per regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with commercial, sales, operations, and finance to optimize AR strategies.
• Provide financial insights on pricing, contracts, and payment structures for tenders.
• Monitor AR performance metrics like DSO to drive improvements.
• Ensure compliance with financial, tax, and regulatory requirements and internal controls.
• Lead internal audits, risk assessments, and liaise with auditors.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation and implement corrective actions.
• Identify process improvements including AR automation and ERP integrations.
• Ensure data integrity and security across AR records.
