Job summary

ELFAB CO. L.L.C in Dubai is seeking an Invoicing Accountant to manage daily invoicing, upload documents to customer portals, and maintain organized records in a fast-paced food trading company.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of invoicing or billing experience, strong MS Excel skills, and familiarity with ERP systems. The role requires accuracy, reliability, and flexibility, including Sundays with overtime when needed.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of invoicing, billing or accounting experience.
• Experience in food trading, FMCG or food distribution is beneficial.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel and accounting/ERP software.
• Experience handling customer portals and invoice uploads is preferred.
• Demonstrated accuracy, attention to detail and time management.
• Ability to work independently and meet daily deadlines.
• Willingness to work Sundays when required with overtime as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, verify and issue daily sales invoices accurately and on time.
• Upload invoices, delivery notes and supporting documents to various customer portals.
• Scan, organize and maintain invoices, delivery notes and other accounting documents.
• Ensure all daily invoicing activities are completed without delays.
• Coordinate with Sales, Logistics and Accounts teams to resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Follow up on rejected invoices, missing documents and pending customer portal submissions.
• Maintain proper filing and records of invoices and supporting documents.
• Handle high volumes of invoices while maintaining accuracy.
• Assist the Accounts team with other billing, documentation and administrative tasks as required.

We are looking for a smart, hardworking, detail-oriented and responsible Invoicing Accountant to join our Finance & Accounts team in a fast-paced food trading and distribution company.

The ideal candidate should be capable of handling daily invoicing activities, customer portal uploads, documentation and other invoicing-related tasks efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, verify and issue daily sales invoices accurately and on time.
• Upload invoices, delivery notes and supporting documents to various customer portals.

• Experience handling customer portals and invoice uploads is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy and time management.
• Ability to work independently and complete daily tasks within deadlines.
• Smart, proactive, diligent, flexible and willing to take responsibility.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willingness to work on Sundays when operationally required, with overtime compensation as applicable.
• Ability to handle a fast-paced working environment and additional responsibilities when needed.

Salary & Benefits

• Monthly Salary: AED 3,000 – 3,500 (depending on experience).
