Job summary

SR&B Acai Coffe Shop LLC seeks an experienced Accountant to manage full-cycle accounting for multiple UAE outlets. You will handle end-to-end processes from recording transactions to month-end close and prepare outlet-wise P&L reports for management.

You will reconcile daily outlet sales across POS, cash, card settlements and delivery platforms, manage payables/receivables, and ensure VAT returns and UAE Corporate Tax compliance. Strong Excel and UAE tax knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Commerce.
• At least 2 years accounting experience in the UAE, F&B/retail/hospitality favored.
• Hands-on UAE VAT returns and FTA procedures, with knowledge of UAE Corporate Tax.
• Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, Odoo, QuickBooks) and POS systems.
• Strong MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, pivot tables) and fluent English.
• Prompt, reliable with the ability to manage several outlets and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Run full-cycle accounting—from recording transactions through trial balance and month-end close.
• Reconcile daily outlet sales for POS, cash, card settlements and delivery platforms.
• Manage accounts payable incl. supplier invoices, reconciliations and payment scheduling.
• Manage accounts receivable and follow up on aggregator payouts, corporate accounts and catering receivables.
• Prepare bank reconciliations and oversee petty cash at outlet level.
• Prepare and file quarterly VAT returns and ensure compliance with FTA requirements.
• Support Corporate Tax compliance and maintain records for UAE CT purposes.
• Assist with payroll processing and WPS, and maintain staff accruals.
• Prepare monthly outlet-wise P&L reports for management.
• Respond to queries from outlet managers, suppliers, auditors and management.
• Support the annual audit and keep documentation organized.

• Manage accounts receivable and follow up on aggregator payouts, corporate accounts and catering receivables.

• Prepare bank reconciliations and oversee petty cash at outlet level.

• Prepare and file quarterly VAT returns, and keep the business compliant with FTA requirements.

• Support Corporate Tax compliance and keep proper records for UAE CT purposes.

• Assist with payroll processing and WPS, and maintain staff-related accruals.

• Prepare monthly outlet-wise P&L reports for management.

• Respond promptly to queries from outlet managers, suppliers, auditors and management.

• Support the annual audit and keep documentation organised.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Commerce.

• At least 2 years of accounting experience in the UAE. F&B, retail or hospitality experience is a strong advantage.

• Hands-on experience with UAE VAT returns and FTA procedures, and working knowledge of UAE Corporate Tax.

• Proficiency in accounting software [e.g. Tally / Zoho Books / Odoo / QuickBooks] and POS systems.

• Strong MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, reconciliations).

• Fluent English, written and spoken.

• Prompt responsiveness and strong follow-through, with the ability to handle several outlets and deadlines at once.

• High attention to detail, integrity and confidentiality.

Preferred

• Experience reconciling delivery aggregator settlements.

• Currently in the UAE, with immediate or short notice availability.
