Job Summary
The Inventory & Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for supporting inventory control and warehouse operations to ensure accurate stock management, timely material availability, and efficient warehouse processes. The role plays a key part in maintaining inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock reconciliation, and adherence to supply chain procedures while supporting operational requirements.
Main Activities & Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory records and always ensure stock integrity.
- Perform routine cycle counts and participate in scheduled physical inventory counts.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies through reconciliation and root cause analysis.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages, excess inventory, and obsolete materials.
- Coordinate the receipt, storage, and issuance of materials in accordance with company procedures.
- Ensure warehouse materials are stored safely, securely, and in an organized manner.
- Support warehouse operations, including goods receiving, picking, packing, and dispatch activities.
- Liaise with procurement, logistics, and operational teams to ensure material availability.
- Maintain accurate inventory transactions within the ERP system
- Prepare inventory and warehouse performance reports.
- Ensure compliance with HSE policies and warehouse safety standards.
- Identify opportunities to improve inventory accuracy and warehouse efficiency.
- Support operations regarding mobilizations and demobilizations’ of Interwell equipment.
QHSE Responsibilities Individual
- Understand and follow Interwell policies and relevant procedures
- Take an active part in compliance and improvement of the Interwell QHSE systems
- Responsible for acting in an inclusive manner and to support and respect individual identities
- Responsible for their own and others wellbeing, health and safety at work, including the reporting of any accidents, incidents & near misses
Experience, Qualifications and Skills
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2–5 years' experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or a supply chain environment.
- Practical experience conducting cycle counts, stock reconciliations, and maintaining inventory accuracy.
- Good understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control processes, and material handling practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, with experience using ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, IFS, or similar) being advantageous.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment while maintaining a strong focus on accuracy, safety, and continuous improvement.
