Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a Junior Manager - Warehouse in Abu Dhabi to oversee daily warehouse operations across multiple manufacturing sites and 3PL warehouses. You will ensure inventory accuracy, stock freshness, and efficient storage and dispatch, while managing warehouse personnel to meet service targets.

You will implement SOPs, drive WMS/MHE strategies, monitor compliance with HSE policies, and coordinate with production and customer service teams to achieve business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required.
• 3–5 years in warehouse operations, preferably in manufacturing/FMCG.
• Experience managing multi-site warehouses and 3PL providers.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control methodologies and warehouse best practices.
• Experience with ERP/WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, etc.).
• Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead Inventory Management and ensure stock availability per company norms.
• Conduct daily, weekly, monthly, and annual inventory counts.
• Execute FIFO/FEFO in stock movements.
• Invoice outbound shipments into Oracle system and verify accuracy.
• Monitor slow-moving, damaged, and obsolete inventory.
• Coordinate logistics of sales orders, stock transfers, and deliveries.
• Develop internal controls over inbound and outbound transactions.

Junior Manager - Warehouse

Responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations across multiple manufacturing sites and third-party logistics (3PL) warehouses. The role ensures inventory accuracy, stock freshness, efficient storage and dispatch operations, compliance with company policies, and effective management of warehouse personnel to support business objectives and customer service requirements.

Job responsibilities

• Lead Inventory Management and ensure that stocks are available as per company norms
• Conduct daily, weekly, monthly, and annual inventory counts.
• 100% FIFO/FEFO execution in terms of stock movement &
• Invoice all outbound shipments into Oracle system.
• Ensures invoices are accurate and in accordance to the physical shipment. Monitor slow-moving, non-moving, damaged, and obsolete inventory.
• Coordinating the logistics of sales orders, stock transfers, and deliveries and processing.
• Develop and maintain strong internal controls over the in-bound and out-bound of all the transactions.
• Prepare the necessary claims and reports in case of products discrepancy (damages/shortages).
• Monitor stock level and arrange for timely replenishment with the help of Inventory Management System.
• To support production and customer service teams to meet business targets.
• To ensure proper implementation of SOP’s and prepare strategies with regards to Warehouse Operations including WMS, MHE & Capacity.
• Understand the legal requirements and company HSE policies and procedures and ensure that they are implemented and followed in the areas under your responsibility.
• Conduct risk assessments and prepare SOP’s and work instructions for activities under your responsibility outlining potential hazards and precautions and ensure they are complied with by all employees under your responsibilities
• Ensure accidents, incidents, near misses and hazards are reported and necessary actions are taken immediately where ever applicable
• Ensure that employees under your responsibility are adequately trained, informed and made competent in performing their duties and tasks
• Creates/updates inbound shipments for FG RTW (Return to Warehouse). Notifies manager.
• Coordinating and following for promo batch and updating inventory in system.
• Verifies entered data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data; combining data from both systems; purging files to eliminate duplication of data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• 3-5 years of warehouse operations experience, preferably in manufacturing/FMCG environments.
• Experience managing multi-site warehouse operations and 3PL providers.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control methodologies and warehouse best practices.
• Experience with ERP/WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, etc.).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
