Job summary

Interwell is seeking an Inventory & Warehouse Coordinator to support stock control, cycle counts, and orderly warehouse operations in Abu Dhabi. You will help ensure material availability, accurate records, and safe storage while collaborating with procurement, logistics, and operations teams.

The role emphasizes data accuracy, ERP transactions, and continuous improvement in inventory processes within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• 2–5 years' experience in inventory management or warehouse operations.
• Experience with cycle counts and stock reconciliation.
• Proficient with Excel and ERP systems; SAP/Oracle/IFS experience is advantageous.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock integrity.
• Perform routine cycle counts and participate in scheduled physical inventory counts.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies through reconciliation and root cause analysis.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages, excess inventory, and obsolete materials.
• Coordinate the receipt, storage, and issuance of materials in accordance with company procedures.
• Ensure warehouse materials are stored safely, securely, and in an organized manner.
• Support warehouse operations, including goods receiving, picking, packing, and dispatch activities.
• Liaise with procurement, logistics, and operational teams to ensure material availability.
• Maintain accurate inventory transactions within the ERP system
• Prepare inventory and warehouse performance reports.
• Ensure compliance with HSE policies and warehouse safety standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve inventory accuracy and warehouse efficiency.
• Support operations regarding mobilizations and demobilizations’ of Interwell equipment.
