Job summary

Interwell in Abu Dhabi is seeking an Inventory & Warehouse Coordinator to support stock control, cycle counts, and efficient warehouse operations. You will ensure accuracy of records, monitor stock levels, and coordinate receipt and issuance of materials.

The role requires 2–5 years in inventory or warehouse roles, proficiency in Excel and ERP systems such as SAP/Oracle/IFS, and a strong eye for detail. You will work with procurement and logistics to maintain material availability.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in inventory management or warehouse operations.
• Experience conducting cycle counts, stock reconciliations, and maintaining inventory accuracy.
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, IFS) is advantageous.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate across procurement, logistics and operations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock integrity.
• Perform cycle counts and participate in physical inventories.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies through reconciliation and root-cause analysis.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages, excess, obsolescence.
• Coordinate receipt, storage and issuance of materials per procedures.
• Ensure safe, organized storage of warehouse materials.
• Support goods receiving, picking, packing, and dispatch activities.
• Liaise with procurement, logistics and operations to ensure material availability.
• Maintain inventory transactions in the ERP system and prepare performance reports.
• Adhere to HSE policies and warehouse safety standards.
