Job summary

Pink Camel, based in Dubai, seeks a dynamic sales professional to drive new business in international trade and cross-border payments. You will prospect, develop leads, present digital exchange services, and manage deals from onboarding to account management.

The role requires 3+ years in fintech or related fields, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a results-driven mindset. A competitive base salary with revenue-based commissions is offered in a fast-growing payments

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in sales, business development or client-facing roles in fintech or international trade.
• Experience with cross-border payments and international transactions
• Understanding of trade documentation such as bills of lading and commercial invoices
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Commercially driven with strong organisational skills

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business with international trade and cross-border payment companies
• Generate leads and build a pipeline of prospective clients
• Promote the company's digital exchange and cross-border payment services
• Manage the sales process from prospecting through onboarding and account management
• Prepare sales proposals, presentations and commercial offers
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and pipeline progress
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
