Job summary

We are seeking a proactive Sales Executive for a UAE-based financial services company in Dubai. The role focuses on building relationships with international trade clients and promoting cross-border payment solutions.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of sales or business development experience in fintech, with a solid understanding of trade payments and documentation. The position offers a base salary plus quarterly commissions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in sales, business development or client-facing roles in fintech/payments.
• Experience with international businesses and cross-border payments.
• Strong understanding of international transactions and trade finance.
• Familiar with trade docs like bills of lading and invoices.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Commercially minded with ability to identify opportunities and generate leads.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple clients.
• Knowledge of onboarding and compliance requirements is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business with international trade clients.
• Generate leads for cross-border payment solutions.
• Promote digital exchange and cross-border services.
• Build relationships with importers/exporters and trading companies.
• Understand clients' payment needs and recommend solutions.
• Manage sales processes from prospecting to onboarding and account management.
• Prepare proposals and commercial offers.
• Collaborate with operations, finance, compliance to onboard clients.
