Job summary

Wasael Property Management in Abu Dhabi seeks a Utilities & Interfaces Coordinator to lead end-to-end utility coordination across major projects. You will align infrastructure, design, construction, and authorities to ensure timely delivery.

The role requires a degree in an engineering discipline and solid experience in utilities management within large developments, with strong coordination and reporting skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or similar field.
• Experience in utilities, infrastructure and interface management on large projects.
• Knowledge of UAE utility authority requirements and approval processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all utility-related requirements and interfaces across assigned projects.
• Develop and maintain utility strategies, interface management plans, registers, and coordination procedures.
• Coordinate requirements for power, water, wastewater, stormwater, telecoms, district cooling, gas and other utilities.
• Identify networks, assess conflicts, diversions, relocations, and capacity needs.
• Lead interface coordination meetings with consultants, authorities, and contractors.
• Monitor approvals, permits, and connection requirements to align with schedules.
• Review designs and coordination docs for compliance with authority requirements.
• Maintain an interface register with responsibilities, dependencies, risks, and actions.
• Provide regular reports on utility status, risks, and key decisions to project leadership.
• Support testing, energization, and handover of utility infrastructure.
