WSP in the Middle East seeks an Infrastructure Engineer (Dry Utilities) to plan, review designs, and supervise the construction of dry utility networks in Abu Dhabi. The role covers electrical distribution, street lighting, ICT, district cooling, gas networks, and corridors, ensuring alignment with local regulations and international standards.

You will coordinate with civil, MEP, and grid teams, review submittals, support master planning, and ensure quality and safety during project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, or related discipline.
• Professional Engineer certification or membership of a recognized engineering institution is preferred.
• Additional qualifications in power systems, telecommunications, or utility engineering are advantageous.
• 5-10+ years of experience in infrastructure projects with a focus on dry utilities.
• Experience in engineering consultancy, PMC, design management, or construction supervision roles.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and review designs, calculations, drawings, and specifications for dry utility networks.
• Coordinate the design and integration of electrical distribution systems (LV/MV/HV), street lighting, ICT and fiber, and district cooling networks.
• Supervise on-site installation of dry utility infrastructure works and ensure compliance with drawings and specs.
• Manage RFIs, method statements, NCRs, and contractor proposals and provide technical support during execution.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and liaise with authorities and stakeholders throughout project delivery.
