Job summary

MediaSource FZC is seeking a Utilities Interface Manager in Abu Dhabi to coordinate and integrate utility requirements across large projects. You will manage interfaces between infrastructure, utilities, and stakeholders to support timely delivery and approvals.

The role requires a civil/electrical/mechanical engineering background, plus experience in utility coordination and regulatory processes within UAE projects. Collaborative leadership and strong documentation are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires degree in civil, electrical, or mechanical engineering and related discipline.
• Professional certification is advantageous.
• Experience coordinating utilities, infrastructure interfaces, and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all utility requirements and interfaces across assigned projects.
• Develop and maintain utility strategies, interface registers, and coordination procedures.
• Coordinate power, water, wastewater, telecom, district cooling, gas, and other utilities as applicable.
• Identify conflicts, diversions, relocations, connections, and capacity requirements.
• Lead interface coordination meetings with consultants, authorities, and contractors.
• Monitor approvals, permits, and connection requirements to align with schedules.
• Review designs, drawings, and submissions for compliance with authorities.
