Job summary

Wasael Property Management seeks a Senior Project Manager to oversee facilities and infrastructure projects within a large-scale, 24/7 environment in Abu Dhabi. You will lead planning through handover, coordinating contractors, consultants and operations to ensure safe, timely delivery.

Key responsibilities include managing budgets, schedules, and compliance with HS&E standards, while maintaining strong governance and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; professional certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 are preferred.
• Experience leading facilities or infrastructure projects in complex operational environments.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and contractor teams.
• Strong planning, scheduling, cost control and risk management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple facilities and infrastructure projects across operations.
• Ensure on-time delivery, budget adherence and compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Coordinate internal teams, consultants, contractors and suppliers through the project lifecycle.
• Monitor contractor performance and ensure adherence to technical specs and contract requirements.
• Support PMO frameworks, reporting, and continuous improvement across delivery.
