Job summary

Worley is seeking a Senior Project Manager for infra-focused programs in Abu Dhabi. You will lead multiple concurrent projects from opportunity through delivery, interfacing with customers, authorities and delivery partners to shape scopes and deliver robust, commercially sound outcomes across ports, logistics and utilities.

The role requires engineering background and 15+ years in infrastructure delivery, with strong governance, risk and commercial discipline across brownfield and greenfield

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent with PM competence.
• Typically 15+ years’ infrastructure project delivery experience.
• Proven ability to run several projects simultaneously and balance priorities.

Responsibilities

• Multiple Project Leadership: maintain integrated view of projects, priorities, milestones, resources, risks and interfaces.
• Work Winning & Capture: own front-end customer relationship, shape scopes, support pricing and approvals.
• Scope & Commercial Management: define and control project scope, deliverables, baselines, changes and forecasting.
• Stakeholders & Interfaces: act as focal point for customers, authorities and delivery partners, coordinating interfaces.
• Execution Controls: prepare fit-for-purpose execution plans and control scope, schedule, cost and quality.
• Technical & Team Leadership: integrate multi-discipline engineering and ensure codes and standards are applied.
