Job summary

Signers National is seeking an Insurance Policy Administrator in Dubai to maintain policy records and process transactions in EPIC. You will handle new business, renewals, endorsements, audits, cancellations, and reinstatements, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and EPIC, CSR24, and strong data discipline are essential. The role requires working in a high-volume environment with strict deadlines and clear documentation standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of commercial insurance experience including policy review.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn Applied EPIC and internal systems.
• Capable of following structured processes with high data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate policy records and documentation in Applied EPIC.
• Process new business, renewals, endorsements, audits, cancellations, and reinstatements.
• Support direct bill and agency bill billing structures.
• Review carrier-issued policies, invoices and notices for data entry accuracy.
• Issue Certificates of Insurance, EOPs and Auto ID cards using CSR24 and EPIC.
• Follow documentation standards and naming conventions.
• Track daily work on a Production Tracker.
• Participate in workflow documentation updates and initiatives.
• Meet quality, production and SLA targets.
