The Policy Administrator is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of policies, including creation, review, implementation, and maintenance for clients in insurance, healthcare, finance, and public-sector domains.
Day-to-day responsibilities include interpreting policy requirements, preparing and updating documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal standards, and coordinating approvals with internal stakeholders. The Policy Administrator will track policy changes, maintain accurate records in internal systems, and respond to inquiries from business teams and clients. The role also involves collaborating with operations, compliance, and technology teams to ensure policies are correctly reflected in processes, systems, and digital platforms.
1-2 years Experience in policy administration, documentation management, and process governance, preferably within insurance, healthcare, financial services, or public-sector environments.
Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret regulations and translate them into clear, actionable policies.
Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software) and comfort working with digital workflow or policy management systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and the ability to present complex information in a clear, structured manner.
Ability to work on-site in Dubai, collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams, and manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Public Administration, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications in compliance, risk management, or governance are an advantage.
Familiarity with regulatory frameworks relevant to insurance, healthcare, finance, or public-sector operations in the Middle East region is beneficial.
