Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience in policy administration and documentation management.
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with office productivity tools and policy management systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Public Administration, Finance, or related field; professional certifications in compliance are an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Dubai and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks relevant to insurance, healthcare, finance, or public-sector operations in the Middle East.

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of policies from creation to maintenance.
• Interpret policy requirements and prepare/update documentation.
• Ensure regulatory and internal standards compliance and coordinate approvals.
• Track policy changes and maintain accurate records in internal systems.
• Respond to inquiries from business teams and clients.
