Job summary

Flip retail in Dubai is seeking an Insurance Administrator to provide administrative assistance to the Supervisor and the procedures group. You will handle information processing, cross-check details, and support month-end processing and office tasks to keep the core handling system running smoothly.

You will liaise with insurance providers to obtain quotes, process coverage requests, prepare policy documents, and manage communications with customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1 year insurance brokerage experience preferred.
• Experience processing insurance quotes and policy documents is a plus.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative assistance to the Supervisor and procedures group.
• Process information and cross-check details to ensure data processing runs properly.
• Support day-to-day procedures of core handling system and month-end processing.
• Handle insurance coverage quote requests from customers and ensure timely completion.
• Liaise with insurance providers to obtain quotes and manage plan records.
• Answer calls and manage documents, filing, and general office tasks.
