Job summary

AL Ghandi Insurance Broker is seeking an ambitious Business Development Manager to open new markets and build strong client relationships across UAE insurance lines. You will generate quality business and convert opportunities into profitable growth, while ensuring regulatory compliance and CRM accuracy.

The role requires 3+ years in insurance sales or business development, deep market knowledge, and a proven track record of meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in insurance sales, brokerage, or business development.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE insurance market and insurance products.
• Proven track record of achieving sales and business development targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve new business and renewal targets.
• Identify, prospect, and convert new business opportunities across various lines of insurance.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate and individual clients.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, market research, partnerships, and other channels.
• Understand clients’ insurance requirements and provide suitable and competitive insurance solutions.
• Manage the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up and conversion of opportunities.
• Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within existing client portfolios.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare regular sales and pipeline reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable UAE insurance regulations.
• Achieve assigned sales, revenue, retention, and profitability targets.
