Job summary

Al Manarah Insurance Services – Sharjah Branch, part of Chedid Capital Group, seeks an experienced Business Development Manager to drive new business, manage a robust sales pipeline, and tailor SME-focused insurance solutions in the UAE. You will analyze client needs, design programs, negotiate terms, and cross-sell opportunities.

The role emphasizes building a strong presence in the domestic market, maintaining a pipeline, and providing monthly progress reports to management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant sales experience in UAE or GCC markets in General and Medical Insurance.

Responsibilities

• Identify new leads and convert them into prospects and clients.
• Analyze prospects and clients’ needs to tailor insurance solutions.
• Design and propose suitable insurance programs and solutions.
• Lead negotiations and close deals successfully.
• Cross-sell additional lines of business to existing clients.
• Maintain a personal pipeline and report on progress regularly.
