Job summary

HSBC Holdings plc in Dubai seeks an Associate in Credit & Financing within the Institutional Sales team. You will cover institutional clients, identify opportunities, and support financing transactions across credit products.

The role requires experience in institutional sales, strong product knowledge, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams while managing regulatory and risk controls.

Qualifications

• Experience in institutional Credit Sales, Fixed Income or related Markets roles.
• Strong knowledge of credit products across IG, high-yield and EM.
• Experience with client coverage and cross-selling across Credit, Financing, Markets and Securities Services.
• Understanding of Sukuk and Sharia-based investing advantageous.
• Full-time graduation degree required for UAE visa.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day client coverage, building relationships and understanding investment objectives.
• Support senior Sales coverage across investment-grade, high-yield and Emerging Markets credit.
• Identify and execute client opportunities, cross-selling across Credit, Financing, Markets and Securities Services.
• Coordinate primary-market transactions and support secondary-market activity with market content.
• Collaborate with Sales, Trading, Debt Syndicate, Research and Relationship Managers to ensure execution.
• Maintain records of client communications and transactions, resolving issues promptly.
• Operate within HSBC’s control framework and comply with AML, sanctions and market conduct.
• Collaborate across regional and global teams to share insight and foster inclusive culture.
