Job summary

Gulftainer is seeking an Inside Sales Executive to manage and grow the Port & Terminal customer base from within the office. You will handle a high volume of mid-sized and smaller customers, driving new business alongside ongoing account development.

The role requires a results-driven mindset, comfort initiating conversations by phone, and strong CRM/Excel reporting skills. Fluency in English is essential, with Arabic/Hindi/Urdu as an advantage.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in inside sales or related roles.
• Able to initiate customer contact and manage many small opportunities.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with CRM, Excel, and reporting.
• Bachelor's degree or diploma with relevant experience.
• Fluent English; Arabic, Hindi or Urdu an advantage.
• Resilient, self-motivated, and targets-driven.
