Job summary

Confidential Careers is seeking an Internal Sales Representative to re-establish and qualify accounts in the automotive sector, increasing product sales and coverage through disciplined calling and targeted campaigns.

You will manage and develop assigned accounts, maintain CRM data, and promote dealership products and rental services while coordinating with the Sales Manager to hit annual targets and drive customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering fields (Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial preferred).
• 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in Automotive industry.
• Excellent selling and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent customer relationship building skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage and qualify the accounts in the assigned territory via disciplined phone call campaigns and update accounts with complete information.
• Maintain consistent contact with customers by calls on a daily, weekly, monthly, or semi-annual basis and achieve target calls per week.
• Maintain accurate customer accounts and contact information and CRM population to support targeting and promotions.
• Promote dealership products (New/Used) and rental services.
• Document all activities, customer updates and opportunities in the CRM system.
• Develop and qualify leads for products and communicate with Sales Manager for next steps.
• Maintain strong positive relationships with customers and colleagues for smooth process flow.
• Achieve sales and coverage targets per the Annual business plan (Direct or Assisted).
• Promote all Sales Campaigns and Events.
