Job summary

LLOYD & FEDDERS AUTOMOTIVE SYSTEMS LLC in Sharjah is seeking an Inside Sales Engineer to support customers with technical queries, prepare and send quotations, and manage day-to-day inside sales activities in the heavy equipment and diesel generators sector.

You will build long-term relationships with domestic and international clients, meet sales targets, negotiate with senior executives, and collaborate with engineering teams to tailor solutions.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years sales experience in heavy equipment or mine/generator sectors.
• Experience creating and sending quotations and handling export sales procedures.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication and strong organization.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Engineer at LLOYD & FEDDERS AUTOMOTIVE SYSTEMS LLC located in Sharjah. The Inside Sales Engineer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as providing technical support, creating and sending out quotations, and managing Inside Sales responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Inside Sales and Sales Engineering skills
• Ability to create and send out quotations
• Experience in Exports Sales procedures and Technical Support
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and organization skills
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering / Automobile / Automotive
• Spoken Arabic Language will be an added advantage (But not mandatory)
• Experience and working knowledge of MS Office Skills
• 2-5 years sales experience in heavy construction equipment / mining equipment / marine / diesel generators and parts sales. It’s mandatory that the candidate have the experience in the relevant industries as mentioned.
