Job summary

Keka Inc. in Dubai seeks an inside sales engineer to communicate with customers, process quotes, and coordinate with the internal sales team. You will log inquiries, interpret technical and commercial requirements, and maintain CRM order data.

The role requires 1–3 years inside sales engineering, a Bachelor's in Mechanical or Instrumentation Engineering, and strong Excel/MS Office skills. You will help develop prices, prepare quotations, and support marketing activities while based in Dubai.

Job description

The principal activity of this position will be to communicate with the customers, receive and process the customers quotes, deal with/refer technical enquiries. There is a significant part of data entry required for this role within the Companies ERP system. Report order data, analysis and provide solutions to problems, follow, administer and/or implement new SunPower's procedures and policies. It is the responsibility of the incumbent to function effectively as part of a team being directed by the Internal Sales Team Leader.

• Support selected customers in Middle East for retaining existing business.
• Responsible sales of Valves & Aftermarket Services in the assigned area
• Proactive measures such as customer acquisition, inquiries and offer tracking, organisation of required customer support, participation and initiation of marketing activities
• Assisting Customer Support Team to prepare the Quotations.
• Receiving and logging customer inquiries
• Interpreting technical and commercial requirements
• Developing selling prices to optimize margin
• Maintaining current order data in CRM and reviewing customer orders against quotations
• Updating database parts prices and delivery information and ensuring accuracy of printed quotations and orders
• Maintaining organisation and completeness of orders and quotations until acknowledgement
• Reporting to management on quotation and order activity and maintaining records and performing other duties as directed.

Education and Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Instrumentation Engineering
• Knowledge in valves
• Proficiency in computer literacy and common programs, such as Excel and MS Office
• 1-3 years of experience in inside sales engineering
• Must be located in commutable distance to Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Salary Range

• AED 3000 to AED 5000 + Company Accommodation & Transportation
