Job summary

Swagelok UAE is hiring an Inside Sales Associate in Dubai. This full-time hybrid position combines office work in Jebel Ali Free Zone with flexible work-from-home days.

You will manage customer interactions, qualify opportunities, and support sales initiatives across cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding customer experience. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years in inside sales, with strong experience in CRM and SAP preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Sales, Business, or Engineering.
• 2+ years in inside sales, technical sales support, or sales operations.
• Experience using CRM and SAP is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for an assigned customer demographic, providing responsive support.
• Follow up on large customer quotes and open RFQs for timely responses and closure.
• Qualify incoming RFQs to determine commercial fit, technical feasibility, and sales potential.
• Be a 'super user'—enter, update, maintain and track sales activities, opportunities, and customer records in SAP/CRM.

Company Description: Swagelok UAE, established in 2011, is the authorized Swagelok Sales and Service Center for the United Arab Emirates, serving additional markets across the Gulf and South Asia. Located in the Jebel Ali Free Zone, the distributorship maintains a large in-house inventory and delivers custom solutions, evaluation and advisory services, and technical training to a wide range of customers.

Role Description: The Inside Sales Associate is a full-time hybrid role based in Dubai, with a mix of office-based work in Jebel Ali Free Zone and some work-from-home flexibility. The Inside Sales Representative plays a critical role in supporting Swagelok's sales initiatives by managing customer interactions, qualifying opportunities, lead generation and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned customer demographic, providing responsive and proactive support.
• Follow up on large customer quotes and open RFQs to ensure timely responses and progress toward closure.
• Qualify incoming RFQs to determine commercial fit, technical feasibility, and sales potential.
• Be a 'super user', enter, update, maintain and track sales activities and opportunities, customer records, and activity logs within SAP and CRM systems.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Sales, Business, or Engineering
• 2+ years in inside sales, technical sales support, or sales operations, ideally in industrial or fluid systems.
• Strongly preferred: experience using CRM and ERP tools such as SAP.
