Job summary
Nouryon is seeking a Technical Service Manager HPC MEA based in Dubai, UAE. You will drive formulation development, perform rigorous laboratory testing, and collaborate with sales, marketing, and technology teams to support business growth across the Middle East and Africa region.
You will plan and execute lab trials, develop prototypes, and communicate technical findings to customers and distributors. English proficiency is essential; Arabic or French skills are a plus.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, chemistry, or related technical field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Product Development, Technical Service, Application Development, or Laboratory Operations in Home & Personal Care.
- Strong formulation development and laboratory testing experience.
- Ability to independently perform laboratory trials, testing, and analysis.
- Professional proficiency in English; other languages advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Develop and evaluate Home & Personal Care formulations using Nouryon technologies and products.
- Generate technical data and insights to demonstrate product value and performance advantages.
- Design and execute laboratory experiments and development projects.
- Develop prototypes and conduct comparative testing to support product positioning and growth.
- Interpret test results and communicate findings to internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide technical troubleshooting and application support to customers and distributors.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Technology teams to support customer projects.
