Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking an experienced leader to govern and operate enterprise infrastructure across on-prem and cloud environments. The role focuses on managing AMS service delivery, vendor governance, incident/change management, and risk reduction to ensure infrastructure resilience.

The candidate will drive improvements, collaborate with stakeholders, and lead transformation projects while upholding ITIL practices and security standards.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years in enterprise infrastructure operations or engineering.
• At least 5 years managing enterprise infrastructure environments.
• Minimum 3 years managing outsourced/AMS service providers.
• Experience with hybrid/on-prem cloud, ITIL processes, vendor governance, incident/change management, and infrastructure transformation projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• ITIL Foundation (required).
• Preferred certifications: VMware VCP, Microsoft Azure/Hybrid Administrator, RHCSA, Security+, CISSP, ISO 27001, PRINCE2 or PMP.
