Job summary

Responsibilities

Attend to walk-in customers and provide product information and recommendations.
Promote and sell welding machines, equipment, cutting tools, power tools, and welding accessories.
Prepare quotations, process sales orders, and handle billing transactions.
Maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Follow up on customer inquiries and sales opportunities.
Monitor stock availability and coordinate with store and procurement for replenishment.
Ensure products are properly displayed and showroom is well maintained.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to store performance.
Stay updated on product specs, market trends, and competitor offerings.
Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions.
