Job summary

Client of Nexus People in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Sales Executive / Sales Engineer who excels in welding, lifting safety, abrasives and hand tools to drive industrial sales. You will manage sales activities, meet monthly targets, visit customers, negotiate quotations, and provide pre‑sales and after‑sales technical support while nurturing key accounts.

Requirements include 2+ years UAE sales experience in the sector, ADNOC exposure, EPC/government project experience, and a Diploma or

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years UAE sales experience in Welding & Lifting products.
• Experience in Industrial End User Sales.
• ADNOC experience is mandatory.
• Experience with EPC, Government, or industrial projects is preferred.
• Strong sales acumen with proven ability to generate business and achieve targets.
• Good communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
• Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree qualification.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales activities and achieve monthly sales targets
• Develop new customers and maintain existing client relationships
• Conduct customer visits and identify new business opportunities
• Handle quotations negotiations order finalization and payment follow-ups
• Provide pre-sales and after-sales technical support
