Job summary

Orbit3D is seeking an Inbound Sales Executive in Dubai to respond to customer inquiries, assess technical requirements, and recommend tailored solutions. You will generate detailed quotations, perform persistent follow-ups, and work closely with internal teams to convert inquiries into orders while fostering long-term relationships.

Experience in 3D printing, manufacturing, engineering, fabrication, or signage is advantageous; strong communication and negotiation skills are essential to succeed

Qualifications

• Background in 3D printing, rapid prototyping, manufacturing, engineering, fabrication, exhibitions, or signage is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Evaluate client project specifications to propose suitable product and manufacturing solutions.
• Generate commercial quotations, track pipeline, and follow up to close opportunities.
• Liaise with technical and production teams to ensure feasible project execution and timely delivery.
• Nurture existing client accounts and build lasting professional relationships.
